PeterHaving been raised on a farm in Switzerland surrounded by inspirational people, who taught me the importance of a sustainable life style and respect for the fruits of the land at an early age. The production of meat, crops and dairy products has led to my passion for food, which has remained until today. The desire to cook and see the world led me to train as a Cook /Pastry Chef and pursue a career in the hospitality industry and to travel the world spanning over 30 years. I have held hospitality management position as an Executive Chef, catering manager and manager of small Boutique Hotels, and working in places such as Switzerland, France, Florida, Egypt, Thailand, Papua New Guinea and Australia. My extensive hospitality experience and expertise qualifies me to give advice and support to any small hospitality business.
